About this role

We're looking for a Junior Office Assistant to join our Employee Experience & Operations team. In this role, you'll help shape a workplace where nearly 300 people across three continents can focus on doing great work because everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.

You'll build a strong foundation in office operations and executive support while contributing to projects across employee experience, learning and development, employer branding, and internal communication.

Main tasks:

  • managing the day-to-day operations of our office, including workspace organization and ordering office supplies, groceries, and other essentials
  • coordinating business travel, including booking transportation and accommodation
  • supporting our Board Members by organizing meetings, managing calendars, handling correspondence and documents, arranging lunches, and registering business expenses
  • assisting with simple financial settlements and administrative paperwork
  • managing incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensuring smooth document flow across teams and internal systems
  • working with suppliers, partners, and service providers by placing orders, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining great relationships
  • providing day-to-day administrative support to employees across the company
  • helping organize company events, internal initiatives, and cross-functional HQ meetings

You may be the perfect fit if you:

  • have experience working with people, especially in customer service, hospitality, retail, office administration, or similar roles - including internships, part-time jobs, summer jobs, or volunteer experience
  • communicate confidently in both English (C1+) and Polish (native or near-native), both verbally and in writing
  • are comfortable learning new digital tools; experience with macOS is a plus

Salary range:

  • 5 250 - 5 500 PLN gross monthly on contract of employment
