Job Description:
- We're looking for energetic and qualified Junior Operations Executive (Last Mile) to join our Quick Commerce Operations team across Delhi NCR.

- This is a field role based at our dark store, and you must be near any of the following locations: Sector 84, Gurugram.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Managing Delivery Riders Vendors: Sourcing riders via personal and vendor network, training, tracking performance, and handling grievances/issues.
- Team Management: Reducing rider turnover and meeting delivery SLA goals.
- Handling Issues: Volume increases, rider payments, and customer complaints in real-time.
- MIS/Data Management: Preparing data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- End-to-end fleet operations for Delivery Executives / Riders
- Daily fleet availability, utilization & productivity tracking
- Rider onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Shift planning, attendance, and supply-demand balancing
- SLA adherence — delivery timelines, reliability & efficiency
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of Operations/Last-Mile experience at Quick Commerce/courier/logistics companies.
- Education: Graduate and above
- Team management, stakeholder management, & independent decision-making experience are a must.
- Must have an owner's mindset. We are looking for owners, not employees.
