AirHelp is a global travel tech company on a mission to make every journey smoother. We built our name helping millions of travellers claim the flight compensation they're owed - and that's now the foundation of a broader platform of travel protection and convenience products spanning the entire journey.
Whether you are launching your career or taking the next step in your professional journey, here is your opportunity to make an impact in the travel industry! Every day, millions of travelers face delays, cancellations, and overbookings - and we step in to turn frustration into fair compensation. As a Junior Operations Specialist in Airline Operations, you will manage claims end-to-end and help passengers get the compensation they rightfully deserve.
Location: Gdańsk
Working model: Hybrid
Salary: 5500 - 6000 PLN gross/month + monthly performance bonus
Please submit your application in English.
In your first 90 days, you'll go from learning the airline claims process to independently managing a full caseload - assessing claims, submitting them to airlines, and pushing them through to payment. By month four, you'll be hitting the same performance, quality, and customer satisfaction bar as the rest of the team, and you'll understand the airline industry's compensation rules better than most people who fly every week.
