What you'll be doing

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent while delivering an outstanding recruitment experience to both candidates and clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Effectively screening & interviewing potential candidates
• Providing candidates with all relevant information about both the role and the client
• Submitting relevant applicants by presenting their CVs, together with an evaluation of their profile to our clients
• Successfully matching jobs to candidates, evaluating job descriptions and requirements
• Posting relevant adverts to attract top talent
• Utilizing LinkedIn, recruitment databases, ATS, and other sourcing tools to identify top talent
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to successful placement
• Coordinating interview schedules between clients and candidates
• Providing timely feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
• Working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and business objectives
• Attending the company's ongoing training to ensure top performance
• Collaborating with your Recruitment Supervisor and team to achieve common goals while contributing to SpeakIt's positive culture

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 1-2 -years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Talent Sourcing
• Knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process and best practices
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platformsStrong sourcing skills and proficiency in using various recruitment platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient level of English
• Ability to prioritize multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Good team player, fast learner, positive attitude
• Demonstrated ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit effectively
