Key Responsibilities

- Solo or small-firm practitioner looking to grow, stabilize, or diversify their Kansas client flow
- Experience advising clients on wills, trusts, POAs, beneficiary designations, and probate/estate administration issues in Kansas
- Strong client communication skills; able to explain complex planning concepts in clear, accessible terms
- Comfortable working with technology, standardized processes, and remote consultations when appropriate

Compensation & Structure
- Independent contractor (1099) engagement
- Flexible, part-time workload that fits alongside your existing Kansas practice
- Weekly direct payments for completed and delivered client matters; no separate invoicing or collections
- Remote-friendly, with in-person signings as needed to comply with Kansas execution and notarization requirements
