Assistant Store Managers at Kmart play a critical role supporting the store manager, shaping the customer experience, and driving operational excellence. You will lead high-performing teams, contribute to strong financial outcomes, and foster a positive, inclusive culture aligned to our values.
What you’ll be doing
✅ Leadership & Motivation – Support and inspire team members by role modelling strong values, fostering open communication, and contributing to a positive and engaging team culture.
✅ Strategic Thinking – Use data and insights to support decision-making, respond to changing business needs, and assist in driving continuous improvement across store operations.
