Duties and Responsibilities:
Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:- Greet, assist, and engage customers to drive sales & KPIs.
- Understand product offerings to deliver strong recommendations.
- Support stock replenishment and basic housekeeping of kiosk.
- Manage cash register and simple payment processes (e.g. e-wallets, QR codes, POS).
- Collect customer feedback and report recurring concerns or product insights.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual standards throughout the shift.
- The frontline vide-maker.
Academic Qualification(s):- Candidates must possess at least (SPM).
Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):- Sales Experience.
- Retail store experience.
