What you can expect
Our APAC Management Trainee Program, also known as LEAP – LEaders Acceleration Program, is a 24-month development journey built to help you grow quickly and confidently.
Through the programme, you will receive:

hands-on experience across different parts of the business (Manufacturing (Production & Process), Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Commercial Teams)

have 0 to 3 years of work experience
understand and able to converse in basic English

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete online assessments, followed by case study assessment centre and panel interview.
