Job Title: Infrastructure Monitoring Engineer (L1/L2)

Job Overview:
We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented Infrastructure Monitoring Engineers with 2+ years of experience to join our IT operations team. The role involves monitoring critical IT infrastructure, handling alerts, and ensuring system uptime. Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and applications.
- Track system performance and respond to alerts in real-time.
- Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure timely incident logging, tracking, and resolution.
- Work with L2/L3 teams for issue resolution and root cause analysis.
- Maintain system uptime and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Generate daily/weekly reports on incidents and system performance.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in infrastructure monitoring.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, etc.
- Basic understanding of servers (Windows/Linux) and networking concepts.
- Experience in incident management and ticketing tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational and night shifts.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to ITIL processes.
- Experience in 24x7 support environments.
