L3 - Veeva Quality Analyst
About this role
A senior application expert to anchor the VEEVA Quality and hypercare function at client starting immediately. This is not a development role — it requires a technically credible professional who can lead functional discussions, triage escalations, and coordinate integrations across systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Own L3 escalations from the L1/L2 support team; triage, diagnose, and resolve
• Review Veeva release notes on a biweekly cadence and assess impact on client’s configuration
• Lead integration troubleshooting across Veeva QMS, Quality Docs, and connected systems (SAP, labeling, etc.)
• Participate in technical review calls with Veeva and internal IT teams
• Support ongoing projects stabilization post go-live
Profile Requirements
• 8–10 years of experience in Veeva quality and pharma IT applications
• Hands-on Veeva QMS experience (Quality Docs exposure a strong plus)
• Familiarity with integration patterns (APIs, middleware) — not a developer but able to lead the conversation
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; must work independently
• Prior pharma/life sciences environment preferred (GxP awareness helpful but not mandatory for L3 role)
