Laboratory Project Coordinator I - Hybrid - Mexico City

We are currently seeking a Laboratory Project Coordinator I to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Laboratory Project Coordinator I at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of inNvative treatments and therapies.


What you will be doing

  • Assist Project Managers and Project Coordinator IIs in the day-to-day monitoring of trials.
  • Generate internal management reports and provide these to the Project Coordinator II or the Project Manager, e.g., open status reports, commented results reports. Generate external management reports and provide these to the Project Manager.
  • Create study documents from templates in the set-up phase of a study, e.g., communication/escalation plan, ICOLABS forms.
  • Recognize, exemplify, and adhere to ICON's values which center on our commitment to People, Clients, and Performance.


Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences or healthcare.
  • English proficiency at an advanced level with the ability to conduct meetings, draft documentation, and engage with international stakeholders
  • Prior experience in clinical research or project management preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interactional skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
