About this role

Field Surveys Perform topographic, boundary, leveling, and layout surveys using Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and other surveying instruments. Establish horizontal and vertical control points and benchmarks. Conduct as-built surveys and prepare accurate documentation for approvals. Data & Reporting Prepare survey reports, coordinate calculations, and digital survey files. Process survey data and prepare CAD drawings in coordination with draftsmen. Maintain accurate site measurement records and logs. Site Coordination Set out foundations, alignments, levels, utilities, and structural elements as per approved drawings. Identify discrepancies between design drawings and site conditions and report them. Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams. Equipment Handling Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and safe handling of surveying instruments. Troubleshoot instrument issues and recommend repairs/replacements if needed. Requirements Required Skills & Competencies Hands-on experience using Total Station (Leica/Trimble preferred), GPS, Auto Level. Sound knowledge of construction drawings and survey principles. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work independently on site. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Qualifications Diploma in Civil Engineering / Surveying. 2–5 years experience in construction or infrastructure projects (UAE experience preferred). Immediate joiner required.
