Land Surveyor

Job Summary Our Client, an Agricultural Company, is looking for a Land Surveyor who will be responsible for conducting precise measurements and mapping of land areas to support engineering, construction, and agricultural projects. The role involves using advanced surveying instruments and GPS equipment to determine boundaries, execution works on site and ensure accurate alignment of project designs with site conditions. Responsibilities; Perform field surveys using total stations, GPS (RTK), and leveling instruments. Establish control points and benchmarks for construction and land development projects. Collect, analyze, and record spatial data accurately for mapping and planning purposes. Prepare survey reports, maps, and layouts using AutoCAD and Civil3D. Verify survey data and ensure compliance with technical drawings and project plans. Collaborate with surveying leader to provide accurate site data. Supervise and ensure proper calibration and maintenance of equipment. Monitor progress and provide as-built survey points. Requirements Proficiency in using Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level instruments. Excellent command of AutoCAD and surveying software (Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, etc.). Strong understanding of topographic mapping, leveling, and coordinate systems. Attention to detail and high accuracy in measurements and data recording. Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work under pressure and in field environments. Bachelor’s degree in surveying, Geomatics, Diploma in Surveying, or a related f ield. Professional certification in surveying (preferred). Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in land surveying, preferably in construction or agricultural projects. Demonstrated experience in large-scale infrastructure, construction, or agriculture projects. Experience in GPS and surveying systems is must. At least intermediate proficiency in English. Valid driving license (preferred).
