We are looking for a high-impact Logistics Manager (Last Mile & Reverse) to take ownership of our end-to-end delivery experience across the Southern Europe Cluster.
This role goes beyond traditional last mile operations. You will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and scaling the full post-warehouse logistics journey—from outbound delivery to returns and reverse logistics—ensuring a seamless, cost-efficient, and high-quality customer experience.
Based in Lisbon, with regular interaction with our warehouse and carrier network across the South Europe region, you will operate at the intersection of operations, strategy, and partner management. You will report directly to the Team Lead for Warehouse to Delivery and play a key role in shaping how Emma delivers and recovers products at scale.
