Launchpad Internship 2026 - Melbourne

Framestore's 2026 Launchpad Internship offers talented and creative individuals a chance to gain hands-on experience at one of Australia’s leading creative studios. Interns will learn through studio work, presentations, a personal project, and informal meetups while collaborating on real projects with experienced artists and technologists. Previous interns have contributed to shows like Ted, Mortal Kombat & How to Train Your Dragon.

The Melbourne studio is excited to offer a second Launchpad Internship in 2026!

This full time, paid internship will take place in studio 12th October 2026 - 4th December 2026.

Department specialisations include:

• Production

• Modeling

• Layout

• Houdini Generalist

• Lighting

• Paint/Roto

Please note: This opportunity is open to local graduates who are Australian citizens, permanent residents, or hold a valid Australian student or post-graduate visa for the duration of the internship. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept applications from candidates on a Working Holiday Visa.

Eligibility Criteria:

• You must currently be in the final year of your studies (BA, MA etc) or have graduated in the past 12 months

• You must be an AU citizen or have a current resident, student or graduate visa for the duration of the internship

• You must be available in person from 12 October - 4 December 2026.
