Lead Maintenance Technician

Perform routine and emergency maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems Diagnose issues and determine appropriate solutions with minimal supervision Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and code compliance concerns Prioritize and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner Coordinate and oversee outside vendors and contractors as needed Maintain maintenance logs, records, and inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations Respond to on-call or after-hours maintenance emergencies as required
