Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage PPV (Purchase Price Variance) and PO approval processes (PMX & Oracla Alpha)
- Claims Review Board governance (Purchase Order cancelations & Vendor chargeback maintenance)
- Lead and execute initiatives to reduce NVA activities and drive standard work approach across Sourcing Services team.
- Act as the gate keeper for sourcing QMS compliance. Ensure DOA, Price approvals, Segregation of duties, competitive bidding policy adherence, supplier on boarding compliance and adherence to all other sourcing policies & procedures.
- Work with sourcing team leaders on sourcing KPIs for Product, Project and Repairs teams. Support the team with data analytics and remove the operational roadblocks to execute targets
- Standard cost updation & maintanance
- Developing specialised depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field. Serves as best practice/quality resource.
- Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems that impact the function. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
- Lead and execute on various other initiatives driven by the business leaders as and when it occurs.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in the Sourcing & Sourcing Management (preferably direct)
- B.E/B.Tech/MBA, from an accredited university or college or a related field with 9+ years of experience.

- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), ORACLE Systems, PowerMax and/or other purchasing systems
- Proactive self-starter and change agent & Ability to work under stress environment
