Job Description:

The Role

Entegris is seeking a Lead, Technical Training Platforms to provide enterprise technical leadership for the learning technology platforms that support workforce capability across our global manufacturing and operations network. Reporting to the Director, Global Operations Technical Training, this senior individual contributor role is responsible for leading the execution, support, governance, and continuous improvement of training platforms, with a primary focus on the enterprise Learning Management System (LMS).

This role ensures training platforms are reliable, scalable, well governed, and aligned with business needs. The successful candidate will partner across IT, Operations, Quality, Environmental Health and Safety, and HR/Talent Development to translate training and workforce capability needs into effective platform solutions that support adoption, compliance, operational performance, and continuous improvement.

This position will ideally be based onsite at our Bedford, MA or Chaska, MN locations.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute platform governance for the enterprise LMS and related training technologies, including configuration standards, user roles, change control, and documentation that support consistency, compliance, and scalable administration.

  • Ensure platform stability and data integrity by providing operational oversight for system health, resolving escalated issues, coordinating upgrades, and partnering with vendors and IT support teams.

  • Drive business-side planning for platform enhancements and integrations, including gathering requirements, defining workflows, supporting testing, and coordinating deployment readiness.

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that streamline platform processes, improve user experience, reduce manual effort, and support scalable training operations.

  • Partner with regional training leaders and site training coordinators to support effective platform administration and adoption across the organization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align platform capabilities with operational, quality, safety, compliance, and talent development needs.

  • Partner with analytics and automation teams to connect platform performance, data insights, reporting needs, and ongoing improvement opportunities.

What We Seek

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Learning & Organizational Development, Talent Development, Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

  • 7+ years of progressive experience administering, supporting, configuring, governing, and leading business processes for Learning Management Systems in a multi-site or global environment.

  • Familiarity with workforce capability development, training governance, compliance training, or regulated training processes.

  • Experience supporting software system enhancements, platform integrations, or enterprise technology rollouts in partnership with IT.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, manage cross-functional work, and operate effectively in a matrixed environment.

  • Experience applying continuous improvement principles to systems, workflows, or business processes.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time (travel expectations will be closer to 25% for the first year and will likely decrease after)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing, high-tech, or other compliance-driven environments.

  • Experience contributing to platform roadmaps, digital learning improvements, or enterprise-scale process standardization.

  • Exposure to emerging learning technologies, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled learning tools.

  • Professional certifications such as Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP), or platform-specific certifications in enterprise learning or quality systems are a plus.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, you will help ensure Entegris’s learning technology platforms operate as a scalable enterprise capability, delivering consistent governance, reliable performance, stronger data integrity, and practical integration with broader operational systems. Success is defined by sustained platform adoption, reduced manual effort, improved system and process reliability, and the ability of learning technology to enable business-critical workforce capability and evolving digital learning needs.
