Job Overview
This is a net new role and the capability that unlocks the team’s future-state vision. The Learning Experience Designer architects the microlearning ecosystem for Relativity’s sales enablement function — building fast, modular, AI-powered content that travels at the speed of the business.Job Description and Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and build microlearning programs across all four workstreams: commercial & tech stack, sales playbooks, role of the seller, and onboarding
Own the onboarding program as a designed, role-specific, personalized journey that measurably reduces ramp time
Build AI-assisted content pipelines that allow the team to turn ideas into deployed training in days, not weeks
Partner with the Sales Trainer to co-design programs — the Trainer brings field insight and delivery expertise, the LXD brings learning architecture and production capability
Manage the learning tech stack and ensure content is optimized for Highspot, LMS, Slack, and in-flow delivery
Measure content effectiveness through completion rates, assessment scores, and downstream productivity signals
Stay current on AI-forward learning tools and bring new capabilities to the team proactively
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
5+ years in instructional design, learning experience design, or content strategy with a sales enablement focus
Deep expertise in microlearning design principles, spaced repetition, and modern LXD frameworks
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted content creation tools and rapid authoring platforms (Articulate, Arist, or equivalent)
Track record of owning onboarding program design — not just maintaining it
Strong visual and UX sensibility: ability to build content that is engaging, not just informative
Experience integrating learning content into seller workflow tools (Highspot, Slack, Salesforce)
Differentiators (Preferred)
Experience in a high-growth SaaS or legal tech environment
Familiarity with the e-discovery market or Relativity’s product ecosystem
Experience building a content production system from scratch, not inheriting a mature one
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN YEAR ONE
Onboarding redesigned as a role-specific, measured journey with a documented ramp baseline and improvement target
A working AI-assisted content pipeline in place — idea to deployed asset measured in days
Microlearning library established and adopted across all four workstreams
Content effectiveness reporting running on a regular cadence and informing what gets built next
