We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Learning Management Systems & Training Specialist to join the globally recognized Bell & Gossett Little Red Schoolhouse team. In this role, you will serve as the primary administrator of our Learning Management System while helping deliver exceptional customer education experiences that support professionals across the HVAC and hydronics industry.
If you enjoy leveraging learning technology, improving the learner experience, analyzing training data, and collaborating with customers and instructors to deliver impactful educational programs, this is an outstanding opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Why This Role Is Different
Many LMS positions focus exclusively on system administration.
This role gives you the opportunity to influence the entire customer learning journey, from enrollment and engagement through certification and completion. You'll combine LMS expertise with customer-centric program support to help deliver world-class learning experiences for customers, partners, and industry professionals.
This role follows a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week onsite.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range. At Xylem, we offer a competitive compensation package with a generous benefit package, including Medical, Dental, and Vision plans, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
