WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Design and maintain a scalable learning framework for production employees across manufacturing locations, including governance, standards, curricula, certifications, and role-based learning pathways.
  • Partner with Operations, HR, HR Technology, EHS, Quality, and site leaders to assess production learning needs and translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
  • Serve as the functional expert for Workday Learning, optimizing assignments, pathways, certifications, skills tracking, curriculum management, reporting, testing, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Manage frontline learning programs, assignments, training records, and required learning tied to onboarding, compliance, technical skills, safety, quality, and operational readiness.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to provide transparency into training completion, certifications, skills development, workforce readiness, trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Find opportunities to automate workflows, improve processes, enhance the learner and manager experience, and leverage emerging learning technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience supporting learning technologies, LMS administration, HRIS systems, talent management processes, or enterprise learning platforms.
  • Advanced English.
  • Strong analytical, process design, workflow development, governance, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred experience with Workday Learning, manufacturing or frontline employee populations, learning analytics, compliance or certification-based learning environments, talent management processes, and AI-enabled learning or talent technologies.
