Lecture Agent

We're seeking a Lecture Agent to represent and grow speaking opportunities for authors and talent across Macmillan Publishers. In this role, you'll identify, negotiate, and manage lectures, keynote presentations, workshops, conference appearances, and other speaking engagements that expand our authors' reach while generating revenue and enhancing their platforms. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, negotiating events, and connecting compelling voices with audiences. You'll work closely with authors and cross-functional teams across Editorial, Publicity, and Marketing to develop and execute speaking strategies that support both author and business goals.
