Role: Lecturer in Computing
Full-Time
Location: On Campus (Mumbai)
We are seeking a committed and engaging Lecturer to join our team in Mumbai. This face-to-face role involves delivering high-quality teaching, supporting students in their academic journey, and contributing to programme development and quality enhancement.
Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials in line with module specifications.
Develop and update teaching materials and maintain digital learning resources.
Set, mark, and moderate assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback.
Act as a Personal Academic Tutor, offering group and one-to-one academic support.
Monitor student engagement, progression, and wellbeing, referring to support services when needed.
Contribute to quality assurance processes, including unit evaluations and programme reviews.
Engage in scholarship to maintain subject expertise.
Coordinate with colleagues and support teaching delivery as needed.
Master’s degree in a relevant subject.
Experience in higher education teaching and curriculum delivery.
Strong digital capability and experience with technology-enhanced learning.
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexibly, manage competing priorities, and support student success.
Commitment to continuous improvement, professional development, and institutional values.
PhD or willingness to work towards one.
Experience in research, quality assurance, or academic leadership.
Membership of relevant professional bodies.
This is a fully on-campus teaching role based in Mumbai. Some evening or weekend teaching may be required. Candidates must be willing to work across college sites when needed.
