Job Description:
- We're expanding our Legal team with Legal Executive (s) with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- You will play a critical role in ensuring Zippee’s legal interests are protected as we scale rapidly across India.
- This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.
- This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ. You must be based in NCR or Gurgon.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements (vendor, partner, service, and customer contracts)
- Managing legal compliance, risk assessment, and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting business and commercial negotiations from a legal standpoint.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Business, Supply & Logistics Planning (SLP), and HR
- Assisting with internal legal processes, documentation, and ad-hoc legal advisory matters
.
Qualifications:
- 1–4 yrs experience (law firms/in-house across ecommerce, consumer, logistics).
- LLB or LLM (Hons) from reputed law schools.
- Attention to detail, high integrity, and good judgment.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
- Excellent communication, analytical skills, and strong influencing skills.
