About this role
- Customer Contract Review & Negotiation: SaaS subscription agreements, Master services agreements, Order forms, Statements of work, Non-disclosure agreements
- Participate in customer legal calls to negotiate key terms
- Vendor Contract Review & Negotiation
- Review privacy-related terms in customer and vendor contracts
- Own and maintain the contract repository and contract management tool
- Support company secretarial and corporate compliance activities
Preferred Qualifications:
- LLB with 1–3 years’ experience
- Qualified CS with strong contract experience (Preferred)
