YOUR TASKS

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for internal and external purposes
• Develop standardized reporting formats for the Sales Hub, KAM teams and internal/external presentations including Top Management
• Work with data from SAP, CRM, and other systems
• Support KAMs with ad-hoc analyses
• Ensure data accuracy and perform plausibility checks
• Collaborate closely with IT, Sales Excellence Project team, Finance and Controlling
• Support in Sales Strategic planning process
• Give first analysis and recommendations for need for action based on data

YOUR PROFILE

• Min. 5-7 years of experience in Sales Controlling or Reporting
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
• Experience in sales controlling, forecasting, and budgeting
• Experience working with SAP (e.g SD, CO, BW or SAC) and CRM systems
• Skills in data extraction using basic SQL
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, complex formulas)
• Experience with data visualization and KPI dashboards (Strong Power BI development experience preferred)
• Fluent English
