Location: Oregon
Work Arrangement: Remote/Telehealth
Employment Status: Full-Time
Annual Salary: $115,000-$120,000 with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Position Description

A full-time opportunity is available for an Oregon-licensed LMFT, LPC, or LCSW to provide outpatient mental health treatment through telehealth.

The Remote Clinical Therapist will assess client needs, develop appropriate plans of care, conduct virtual psychotherapy sessions, and document clinical progress. The clinician will support clients experiencing emotional, behavioral, relational, and adjustment-related concerns while remaining within the professional scope of their license.

This role requires consistent availability during scheduled business hours, effective caseload management, and adherence to established clinical procedures.

Essential Duties

  • Conduct intake interviews and clinical assessments
  • Review client history, symptoms, strengths, and treatment needs
  • Develop measurable treatment goals in collaboration with clients
  • Deliver virtual psychotherapy using clinically appropriate methods
  • Provide individual, couples, or family treatment according to qualifications
  • Monitor symptoms, functioning, and progress toward established goals
  • Review and revise treatment plans at required intervals
  • Complete session notes, assessments, and related records promptly
  • Recognize situations requiring crisis intervention or additional services
  • Follow established reporting and risk-management procedures
  • Maintain appropriate professional boundaries in a virtual setting

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or another qualifying clinical discipline
  • Active Oregon license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW
  • License must be unrestricted and in good standing
  • Prior experience delivering psychotherapy or clinical counseling
  • Knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methods
  • Ability to maintain accurate and confidential client records
  • Strong clinical judgment and time-management skills
  • Experience using electronic health record systems
  • Ability to conduct private video sessions from a secure workspace
