The Marketing Coordinator, Personalization role supports the Lifecycle Marketing team in driving company sales growth and profitability through personalization of our owned channel campaigns across Email and Push Notifications (PN). This role involves planning, scheduling, and executing timely messages for both US and Canadian (CA) markets. The coordinator will support daily operations, workflow management, and technology requirements of the program, working closely with external platforms (such as Moveable Ink and Opal), the creative team, and the internal Lifecycle team. They will collaborate on channel/audience strategies, link routing, dynamic content, and drive accurate cross-border campaign execution. The role also includes contributing to reporting, managing creative repositories, enhancing processes, and optimizing campaign performance.
This is an on-site position (Monday through Thursday) based out of our Chicago, IL office with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
A day in the life as a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator, Personalization...
Manage and maintain project schedules and track the progress of all email and Push Notification sends, from initial creative to development and deployment
Set up, manage, and maintain campaign planning shells in Opal across Email and Push Notifications (PN)
Support the setup, deployment, and proofing of bulk US and CA email campaigns in Moveable Ink (MI)
Oversee and execute link management (US + CA), dynamic versioning, and promo terms integration
Support the development of creative briefs for all owned channel campaigns.
Manage the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the creative asset repository, serving as the MI Creative Librarian
Route creative through the stakeholder approval process (CR + Final Approvals), maintain the campaign feedback doc, and collaborate with the creative team on changes
Review all campaign proofs (Email, SMS, PN) for content, linking, CA/US versioning, and design accuracy, driving the QA process
Assist with the management of the messaging calendar, monthly subject line (SL) updates (US + CA), and schedule adjustments
Assist in strategic planning and test plan development to optimize owned channel performance
Support the Lifecycle Marketing team with reporting, including monthly subject line results, CGR (Customer Growth & Retention) management tracking, and ad hoc campaign analytics
Partner closely with the Lifecycle Marketing team and support their day-to-day campaign optimizations
Stay up-to-date on channel best practices and research the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities

We’d love to hear from you if you have…
1 year of hands on experience in developing digital marketing campaigns across email and/or messaging channels (Push)
Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
Hands-on experience using personalization tools like Moveable Ink (required or strongly preferred)
Experience with workflow/planning tools like Opal (a plus)
Experience using ESP/CRM platforms (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar)
