Are you a Lift Tester passionate about quality, safety, and technical excellence?
We’re looking for an experienced Lift Tester to join our high performing New Building Services team in Brisbane, QLD. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for testing and commissioning elevator and escalator installations, ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
What will you be doing?
Ensure that lifts are electrically safe.
Commission lifts in accordance with the agreed specification parameters.
Test lifts in accordance with the relevant test document and KONE standards.
Post notices on lifts and communicate with the others who may be affected.
Record any abnormalities for corrective action.
Carry out final inspection and sign the final inspection document.
Provides support to project delivery team on commissioning, testing, compliance standards and relevant local codes.
What are we looking for?
Working knowledge in lift directive and related legislation required.
Cert 3 in Electrotechnology Electrician or equivalent.
Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality.
A customer service mindset.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
