Toprankers Lighthouse aims to personalize every student's entrance exam preparation journey  by assigning them a dedicated Mentor and Support System. Our mentors help students overcome challenges related to exam preparation, time management, stress management, motivation, and law school admissions. The objective is not only to help students maximize their performance in competitive examinations but also to equip them with lifelong learning and decision-making skills.

Job Description
We are looking for an empathetic and motivated Student Mentor (Lighthouse) to guide aspirants preparing for 3-Year LL.B. entrance examinations (graduates seeking admission to 3year LL.B. programs at leading law schools and universities).
The ideal candidate should have personally completed a 3-Year LL.B. program and possess a strong understanding of the preparation journey, admission process, and law school experience. Prior mentoring or teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct one-on-one online mentoring sessions and regular follow-up calls with enrolled
3-Year LL.B. aspirants.
• Guide students on:
o Exam Preparation Strategy
o Time Management
o Stress Management
o Study Planning & Accountability
o Law School Selection
o Admission & Counselling Process
o Career Guidance after LL.B.
• Analyze students' preparation progress and provide personalized action plans.
• Share student progress updates and actionable insights with parents/family through
designated WhatsApp groups twice every month.
• Motivate students throughout their preparation journey and help them stay consistent
until admissions.

Skills & Experience Required
• Must have completed a standalone 3-Year LL.B. program (Candidates who have
completed an integrated 5-Year BA LL.B./BBA LL.B./B.Com LL.B. program will not be
considered for this role.)
• Prior experience in student mentoring, teaching, counselling, or academic support is
preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Good proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and online communication
tools.
• Passion for mentoring students and helping them achieve their academic and career
goals.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for student bootcamps or mentoring sessions, if
required.

Work Location
• Remote (Work From Home).
