We are looking for Dutch-speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join the Miele project in Athens. In this role, you will ensure a safe and enjoyable online experience for users by reviewing and moderating digital content for a global platform.

Your Responsibilities
- Review, evaluate, and categorize social media content according to internal guidelines
- Ensure content complies with platform policies and quality standards
- Make objective decisions to maintain a safe and positive online community
- Apply content policies consistently and accurately
- Assist users via chat, email, or phone depending on project needs
- Suggest improvements to workflows and moderation processes
- Follow internal procedures and moderation guidelines at all times
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
- Very good English skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive content
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using Windows OS, internet tools, and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Professional judgment and ability to separate personal opinions from policies
- Previous experience in content moderation, social media, or customer support is a plus
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
