The Mortgage Loan Officer is responsible for originating a mortgage loan with a member or potential member online, by phone, in person or from a team member referral. This position is responsible for accurate and efficient completion of the loan application, using this process as an opportunity to cross sell other credit union loan and deposit products. This position effectively communicates with the member and the mortgage team to ensure problem resolution and member satisfaction in a timely manner. This position establishes and preserves professional business relations with loan referral sources.
