About this role

We are looking for a Local Change Lead - SAP Implementation for a global company in Oskarshamn.

Start is in Oct 2026, 12-months limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.

We are looking for an experienced Local Change Lead to support the implementation of SAP within a local organization.

This role is critical in ensuring that employees, managers, and key stakeholders are prepared for new business processes, new ways of working, and new system support.

As the bridge between the central transformation program and the local business, you will translate program directives into practical and effective local change activities. You will play a key role in driving engagement, building readiness, and supporting the successful adoption of SAP across the organization.

The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, managers, key users, process representatives, and central change teams to ensure that change activities are coordinated, risks are addressed, and the organization is fully prepared for go-live and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

· Act as the primary local change management representative for the SAP implementation.

· Serve as the link between the central transformation program and local business stakeholders.

· Assess and document business impacts related to new processes, roles, and system capabilities.

· Develop and execute local change management plans aligned with program guidelines.

· Coordinate and support communication activities to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.

· Identify, analyze, and manage stakeholder groups and their change needs.

· Support people managers in leading their teams through the transformation.

· Coordinate and facilitate local readiness activities and track organizational preparedness.

· Plan and coordinate end-user training activities in collaboration with training teams and key users.

· Monitor adoption risks, resistance, and potential barriers to successful implementation.

· Escalate critical risks, issues, and concerns to the appropriate program governance forums.

· Collaborate with business representatives to ensure smooth transition into the new SAP-enabled ways of working.

· Provide regular status updates and readiness reporting to project and business leadership.

Required Experience

· Experience in Change Management, Project Coordination, Transformation Programs, or similar roles.

· Experience from large-scale ERP, digital transformation, or business transformation programs is highly desirable.

· Experience with SAP implementations or similar ERP platforms is considered a strong advantage.

· Proven experience supporting organizational change initiatives in complex environments.

· Experience coordinating communication, engagement, readiness, and training activities.

· Experience working closely with business stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.

· Understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.

Language: English; Swedish is a plus

This is a full-time consultant position in Oskarshamn through Incluso. Start is in Oct 2026, 12 months limited contract to begin with.
