Responsibilities


  • To assure, accepting or refusing, that all material submissions are duty allocated, respecting the serial, project or contract number, either in warranty or not.
  • Make sure all outbound orders from Bonded and Local Warehouse were properly processed in Movex and Packsys by Spares Order Desk.
  • Align logistics with management to assure transport of parts, components and tools to customers in Brazil and Latin America within deadlines.
  • Assure parts consumption on a weekly basis.
  • Follow up Good Return to Local and Bonded Warehouse, and Defective Return to Local Warehouse.
  • Control of the backorder process.
  • Follow up of the replenishment process.
  • Timely control and generation of parts in field extension.
  • Manage RSA Distributors Order Desk: order receiving, inventory evaluation, order processing at Elekta entities abroad, import approval, shipping documents issuing and follow-up.
  • Follow up FCO processes.
  • Follow up completion and submission of RAR in the operation system.
  • Weekly follow-up of service orders, customer orders, installation orders and DEFOA orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Control of Brazil import/export processes, including follow-up at E-CAC and responses.
  • Bonded Warehouse management.
  • Review and assure correct tax calculation in invoices according to Brazilian laws.
  • Fulfill deadlines for admission, re-export and nationalization in special deposit processes.
  • Maintain inventory control, ensuring minimum levels and escalation when needed.
  • Weekly activity reports.
  • Check values and services in tax receipts according to contracts.
  • Domain of MOVEX and CLM systems for report extraction.
  • Ensure Ipack and BWSys systems comply with Brazilian fiscal regulations and inventory movements are properly registered.

Relevant Knowledge, skills and competEncies

  • Graduation in Business Administration or Foreign Trade with specialization in Logistics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics activities.
  • Knowledge of laws, standards and procedures (ports and airports).
  • Knowledge of material storage and handling systems.
  • Negotiation techniques and interpersonal skills.
  • Excel and Qlik Sense (optional) knowledge.
  • Advanced English and Spanish skills.
