Logistics Supervisor

• Supervise daily inbound, outbound, and export logistics operations.
• Coordinate transportation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and shipment execution.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining required service levels.
• Monitor logistics costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and review shipping and customs documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Track shipment status and proactively resolve operational issues and delays.
• Coordinate with Planning, Sales ,Finance and external logistics providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with company policies and local/international logistics regulations.
• Manage relationships and performance of transporters, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Monitor logistics KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination across the supply chain and the Commercial team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and customer service.
• Identify logistics risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and ensure document retention in accordance with company requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics operations (Inbound and outbound).
• Familiarity with health, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements , reefer exportation ,and subsidy file.
• Experience in handling operational problem solving.
• Proven track record of reducing operational costs, and enhancing service levels.
• Familiarity with KPIs and performance measurement
• MTS (NAFEZA)
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Computer Skills (ERP / Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
