Leading Private Equity Investor in Europe, PAI Partners buys majority stakes in large companies to help them grow in a sustainable and long-term way. Our investment strategy focuses on building partnerships, notably with great management teams. We only invest in “Real Economy”, and in sub-sectors where we have notable expertise; our four core sectors are Business Services, Food & Consumer, General Industrials, Healthcare. We are a pan-European firm with presence in Paris, London, Luxembourg, Madrid, Milan, Munich, New York and Stockholm.
The role will require you to analyse and assess potential investment opportunities, become actively involved in live transactions, and monitor the performance of existing portfolio investments. You will primarily work with Investment Professionals based in the London Office, but will also have the opportunity to work with professionals across all functions and all offices.
We are looking for proactive candidates with relevant past professional experience (ideally a 6-months M&A and/or strategy consulting and/or PE internship in recognised institutions). The candidate will also need to have a strong academic record, excellent interpersonal skills, and high motivation. In addition, curiosity, a strong willingness to learn, the ability to learn quickly, rigour, and commitment are critical.
