About this role
Shape and deliver enterprise intranet solutions on SharePoint Online, covering site architecture, content management and tailored web parts Assemble business applications and workflow automations using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate Translate organisational processes into business rules, process logic and data validation frameworks within low-code environments Set up and maintain user access provisioning routines to reduce manual administrative effort Produce custom SharePoint Online reports and dashboards to meet management reporting needs Refine the end-user experience across intranet pages, navigation flows and responsive page layouts Connect Power Platform solutions to existing enterprise systems through APIs and third-party connectors Apply platform governance standards spanning environment management, security controls and solution lifecycle Explore Generative AI capabilities and embed them into business applications and workflows where suitable Facilitate workshops and mentoring sessions that equip non-technical users to produce their own apps and flows Requirements Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a comparable discipline Minimum 3 to 5 years of practical experience with SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform Strong command of low-code and no-code delivery methods, rapid application development and platform governance practices; Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, SharePoint Online or Azure are advantageous Exposure to Generative AI adoption, API-based data integration and public sector engagements, including compliance frameworks, will be well regarded Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to run training sessions for non-technical audiences Clarence Khoh R1552376
