Job Description

1. Production Process Design and Optimization: - Analyze existing production processes and propose improvement suggestions to enhance efficiency and quality. - Design and implement new production processes to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements. 2. Production Resource Assessment and Coordination: - Evaluate the appropriate quantity of production equipment and tools to ensure process stability and high efficiency. 3. Resource Allocation and Management: - Develop operational plans and allocate manpower and equipment resources appropriately. - Monitor project progress to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards. 4. Quality Control and Improvement: - Analyze the interaction between quality issues and production processes, and propose and implement improvement measures. 5. Cost Control and Benefit Analysis: - Analyze production costs and propose cost reduction suggestions. - Conduct benefit analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of improvement measures. 6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: - Collaborate with design, R&D, and testing departments to participate in new product development and mass production introduction. - Provide technical support and training to ensure the production team's skills and knowledge.
