Job Description

1.SiP製程開發與優化：
-設計與實作SiP製程，確保製程穩定性與高效性。
-進行製程參數調整與優化，提升產品良率。
2.製程問題識別與解決：
-透過既有程式，識別並解決製程中可能發生的典型或相關聯的問題。
-評估並選擇解決方案，確保製程問題得到有效解決。
3.製程技術文件撰寫：
-撰寫製程技術文件，確保製程流程的可追溯性與標準化。
-更新製程檔，反映最新的製程改進與優化。
4.製程品質保證：
-根據既定作業程式完成工作，確保製程品質符合規格要求。
-進行製程品質檢測，確保產品符合內部與客戶的品質標準。
5.跨部門合作：
-與設計、製造及品質保證團隊合作，參與需求規格討論與可行性評估。
-提供技術支持，確保製程問題得到快速解決。
