About this role

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure efficient operation while maintaining quality standards.

Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift – 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM (3 days per week)

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure proper performance.
  • Perform routine quality checks on finished products throughout the production process.
  • Verify that glue is at the correct consistency before and during production.
  • Inspect equipment for proper operation and report any mechanical issues or malfunctions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Complete production documentation as required.
  • Work with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Willingness to work a 12-hour first shift (5:00 AM–5:00 PM) three days per week.
