Machine Operator (Bending)

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, prepare, and operate CNC Press Brake / bending machines according to production requirements and engineering specifications
• Perform machine adjustments and tooling setup to ensure accurate bending and fabrication processes
• Produce precision metal parts and components based on technical drawings and production schedules
• Verify conformance of finished workpieces to specifications using precision measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer
• Conduct quality inspection checks to ensure products meet company and customer standards
• Read, interpret, and understand mechanical engineering drawings, dimensions, and technical instructions accurately
• Responsible for day-to-day operational activities relating to CNC bending machines and fabrication processes
• Monitor machine performance and report any machine abnormalities, defects, or maintenance requirements to the supervisor
• Ensure smooth production workflow by coordinating with Warehouse and Production teams regarding material and component supply
• Handle raw materials, components, and finished goods carefully to prevent damage or production delays
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to production output, quality checks, and machine operation activities

Requirements

 Requirements:
• Minimum 1–3 years CNC Press Brake experience in metal fabrication
• Able to read mechanical engineering drawings
• Knowledge of workplace health & safety procedures
• Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing or related field
• Malaysian candidates only
