Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to lead employability, skilling, placement, and employment-generation initiatives across the assigned region. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, employer engagement experience, and the ability to drive placement outcomes through effective program management and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of skilling and placement programs across the region.
  • Drive beneficiary mobilization, enrolments, employability training, placements, and job retention activities.
  • Build and strengthen employer networks to generate placement opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to achieve placement and employment-generation targets.
  • Conduct market assessments and identify industry demand trends and employment opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with employers, colleges, training partners, funders, and community stakeholders.
  • Monitor program performance through MIS, reporting, and evaluation mechanisms.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage regional teams to ensure operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational processes, governance standards, and reporting requirements.

Required Experience

  • 8–10 years of total work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within:

    • Placements
    • Employment Generation
    • Skill Development
    • Staffing / Recruitment Industry
  • Proven experience in employer engagement and placement partnerships.
  • Experience managing placement targets and employment outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of employability and workforce development programs.
  • Experience handling teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
