- Starting Pay: $27.97per hour up to $44.29 per hour
- $.80 per hour shift for the night shift
- 12-hour shifts Thursday - Saturday

Your Work Schedule and Shift Information
- 12-hour shifts
- 4th shift: Thursday – Saturday 6:00pm to 6:00am
- Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, nights, holidays and emergency events as needed
- Plant operates 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
As part of our manufacturing team, you will:
- Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on processing and packaging equipment to improve reliability and operational performance
- Understanding and following all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Installing, maintaining, repairing, and replacing industrial processing and packaging machinery, work tools and equipment
- Identifying/diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues, electrical and/or electronic issues
- Management of work orders, parts requisition, and data entry through understanding and use of Maximo Maintenance Management System
- Providing technical support and plant leadership for equipment troubleshooting and equipment modification
- Understanding, initiating, and participating in Root Cause Analysis (Why, Why)
- Performing both uptime and down time preventative maintenance
- Effectively communicate and productively interact with all levels of team personnel and outside contractors, vendors, visitors, etc.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performance
- Assist in training new employees
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED
- Must possess the ability to understand and effectively communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and others in the workplace regarding work matters (our business is generally conducted in English)
- 2+ years (minimum) experience in industrial maintenance or related industry experience and/or equivalent education in a related field/industry
- Must have a solid understanding of mechanical and pneumatic systems, basic electrical troubleshooting skills, ability to diagnose problems, repair or replace components, preventative maintenance and attention to detail
- Experience with various tools and technologies, including hand tools, power tools, basic electrical skills including using a multimeter; checking voltage, testing motors, safely opening panels, resetting brakers, identifying faults and use of a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Ability to work independently and as a team with flexibility to quickly shift work priorities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, push, pull, and twist for extended periods
- Willingness to work in hot, cold, noisy, wet, or dusty conditions
- Ability to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms
- Ability to follow human and food safety, quality, and grooming standards
- Ability to wear such as protective clothing and equipment (Personal Protective Equipment -PPE) such as safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, hair/beard net, gloves, and face masks (when required)
- Ability to work around high-speed machinery and food allergens
