Our client is looking to fill temporary Maintenance Plumbing jobs working mobile around Camden, London. Pay up to £18.50p/h, M-F 36hrs pw. JOB DUTIES Carrying out maintenance plumbing works and minor building maintenance and repairs. Repairs and maintenance to residential and public properties including kitchen and bathroom installations. Required to carry out a range of day to day building maintenance and repairs. Carrying out maintenance to plumbing and heating systems. JOB REQUIREMENTS Ideal candidates will hold plumbing qualifications or a completed apprenticeship in a plumbing or mechanical trade discipline. Preferably candidates will have experience working in a maintenance environment on properties in occupation. Someone with the ability to carry out multi-skilled work and carry out works unassisted, have good communication skills and customer service experience. Must have someone with their own tools + sani snake and PPE and a UK driving licence. Essential that candidates have had both vaccinations.
