Maintenance Plumber job at high end healthcare facility near Gloucester Road, London. Permanent job offering up to £31.5k. M-F 37.5hrs pw + callouts 1 in 4. Job Duties Planned maintenance of plant and equipment including central heating, air conditioning and plumbing systems. Call outs responding to emergencies, diagnose and and repair faults. Multi skilled maintenance jobs as required, assisting maintenance team members. Some installation works. Job Requirements Ideal candidates will have experience working in a similar building services maintenance job. Hold plumbing, mechanical qualifications or a completed apprenticeship in a mechanical or plumbing trade discipline. Knowledge of health and safety, able to work in a safe manner and ability to work under pressure. Someone who has worked as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Engineer Mechanical bias, Mechanical Fitter, Maintenance Craftsman or Building Services Maintenance Engineer would be suitable for the Maintenance Plumber job.
