Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently.
- Assist with repairs, troubleshooting, and machinery installations.
- Follow safety protocols and document maintenance activities.
- Maintain organized tools, accurate records, and monitor spare parts inventory.
- Support facility upkeep and collaborate with production to minimize downtime.
- Participate in training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems (troubleshooting electrical panels 480 and below).
- 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- Good knowledge of tools, equipment, and machinery (heavy equipment including conveyor lines experience is preferred).
- Ability to read and follow maintenance manuals, blueprints, and schematics - great knowledge of safety when working around equipment.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for minor mechanical or electrical issues.
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Experience in PLC.
