Join our team in Fort Worth (Vickery), Texas, where you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving essential facility and manufacturing systems that support the production of life changing medical technologies. What will you be doing?

  • Support and maintain critical facility systems including HVAC, compressed air, steam, purified water, and clean steam systems

  • Perform troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment including autoclaves, mixing vessels, fillers, packaging equipment, lyophilizers, and centrifuges

  • Diagnose equipment failures through data analysis and advanced troubleshooting techniques using P&IDs, schematics, PLCs, manuals, and technical documentation

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities with production teams to maximize equipment availability and minimize downtime

  • Lead small scale reliability, efficiency, and process improvement projects within a GMP regulated environment

  • Create, update, and implement maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance documentation

  • Complete maintenance records and repair logs in accordance with Good Documentation Practices and GMP requirements

  • Support manufacturing investigations, nonconformance activities, and technical document preparation

  • Provide technical guidance to manufacturing teams and help develop the skills of operators and fellow technicians

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure safe, compliant, and effective execution of maintenance activities

What will you need to be successful?

  • High school diploma required; trade school or vocational training preferred

  • Journeyman License and/or specialized technical training strongly preferred

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably pharmaceutical or biotechnology operations, or a minimum of 3 years in a Maintenance Mechanic 3 role

  • Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and industrial maintenance systems

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills with the ability to analyze complex equipment failures

  • Experience interpreting equipment manuals, engineering drawings, and P&IDs in English

  • Knowledge of GMP requirements, quality systems, and maintenance documentation practices

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project planning tools

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

  • Availability to support off shift, on call, and emergency maintenance requirements as needed
