Premier Property Management is seeking a diligent and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. As a leading property management company, we are committed to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents, and our Maintenance Technicians play a crucial role in achieving this goal.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and property management staff.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and longevity of property systems and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
- Assist with unit turnovers, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
- Collaborate with property management team to address maintenance issues and uphold property standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
- Snow Removal in winter months
- Follow all safety protocols
Qualifications:
- 2+ Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in basic maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, applicance repair, and drywall.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
