Who are we
Deloitte Denmark’s CEO Strategy Office is a small team responsible for the analysis, formulation, and execution of business strategy across all four of our business units: Audit & AssuranceTechnology & TransformationStrategy Risk & Transactions Advisory, and Tax & Legal. The team members’ backgrounds are primarily within management consulting which comes to show in a structured- and hypothesis-driven way of working. In general, we are dedicated to ensuring that we can bring the best of Deloitte to our clients, while running a sustainable and efficient business.

Job Description

As a team member in the CEO Strategy Office, you will make an impact by working closely alongside the CEO and other leading executives, including the COO and CFO, on understanding and solving complex business problems that will shape our firm’s future. The role also involves interaction with the Board and our Nordic leadership team, as well as collaboration with colleagues from other Deloitte firms across EMEA and globally. Emotional intelligence and the ability to quickly build trust will be key in your daily work when you interact with senior stakeholders across our organization.

The projects you will undertake vary greatly, but will be centered around:

  • Helping drive strategy development, from framing the key strategic questions to shaping recommendations and supporting the execution of projects essential to our business
  • Executing business optimization projects (top- and bottom line) in close collaboration with the team, senior leaders, and other key stakeholders to drive change
  • Performing quantitative analysis and translating facts into actionable insights to improve business performance
  • Developing presentation material for senior leadership.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is driven by solving complex problems while comfortably navigating change and managing stakeholders.

What you bring to the team:

  • +3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or similar – preferably with experience within business operations and/or data analysis
  • A master’s degree in business, economics, or similar
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, naturally seeking responsibility and a passion for driving change
  • Excellent problem-solving and relation-building skills – M&A experience is considered a plus
  • Experience with or a strong interest in applying AI to business problems is considered an advantage
  • Professional fluency in English - both orally and in writing. Danish is an advantage.
