At Kapture CX, we are looking for a Management Trainee – AI Delivery (Internship) in our Implementation team.

What is this role all about?
This is your entry into the world of AI + SaaS delivery. You’ll work at the intersection of clients, technology, and execution—helping bring real AI solutions to life for enterprise customers while learning how large-scale implementations actually run.

Here’s a more detailed description of what you will do in this role:
- You will work closely with product, tech, and support teams to understand client needs and business goals
- You will assist in creating and maintaining key documentation like BRDs, PRDs, and user stories
- You will support project execution, learning how delivery works across Agile and Waterfall environments
- You will participate in client calls, demos, and training sessions, getting real exposure early on
- You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery
This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

- Have prior internship or project experience in a relevant domain
